How will the order be processed?

Except for pre-orders, we will try our best to fulfill and ship all
paid orders within 2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays
will be shipped the next business day.

After shipment, we will send the tracking number to your email. You can
track the status of your order at any time through the tracking number
in the confirmation email. If you have any questions about your order,

How do I track my order?

you complete your purchase, we will provide you with your order number

How do I replace the product?

prepaid return label within 24 hours for you to send your old device to
our warehouse. We will confirm with our warehouse that the product has
been returned before shipping your replacement. When the warehouse
receives your return, we will send you a brand-new replacement product.
Portablecarplay bears the cost of sending the replacement product at no cost to
the customer.
Refunds

1-year free warranty
Portablecarplay provides a free warranty for your product within 12 months
from the date of receipt of the product. You can send us the faulty
product and we will repair it for you free of charge. If it exceeds 12
months, we will charge relevant warranty fees. (We provide free
maintenance services, but the cost of sending the faulty product to us
and the cost of shipping it out need to be borne by the customer.)
Warranty details
The warranty period is 1 year from the date you receive the product.
Replacement cameras are warranted for the remaining 1 year from the original purchase.
During the warranty period, Portablecarplay may, at its sole discretion,
repair or replace any defective product or component. At the same time,
Portablecarplay may also decide to use new or refurbished products or components
for repair or replacement.
If the product or the components contained therein are no longer
available, Portablecarplay may, at its sole discretion, replace the product with a
similar product having similar functionality.
The product only has the remaining warranty period remaining from
the date you receive the repaired product. The warranty period will not
be extended or expanded due to product repairs.
Warranty is limited to manufacturer's defects only. Defects do not include intentional or unintentional damage.
What situations are not covered by the warranty?
There is insufficient evidence to prove that the products purchased are from 【PORTABLECARPLAY】
Product lost or stolen
Items beyond the warranty period
Non-product quality-related issues (including but not limited to:
drops, extreme temperatures, water intrusion, and equipment
misoperation)
Not handled, stored, installed, tested, or used by any user guide, placement guide, or other instructions provided by 【PORTABLECARPLAY】;
Deliberately damaging or defacing the camera
Products repaired by third parties
Second-hand products
Acts of God, including but not limited to lightning, floods, tornadoes, earthquakes or hurricanes
This limited warranty does not cover consumable parts, including
batteries unless damage is caused by defects in materials or workmanship
of the product or software
How to apply for a warranty?
1: Send an email to our customer service (portablecarplay@gmail.com) and provide your order number.
2: Explain why the camera needs a warranty.
3: Send the goods back to the warehouse address provided by customer service, and provide us with the express tracking number.
4: After the warehouse receives your returned goods, wait for the
technicians to repair the products. We will resend the repaired product
to you. (Within 1-5 working days)
Warranty fee
We provide free maintenance services, but the cost of sending the
faulty product to us and the cost of shipping it out need to be borne by
